AGM of Samadhi Buddhist Foundation

The Annual General Meeting of Samadhi Buddhist Foundation will be held on the 22nd of February, 2009, between 2-3 p.m. at the Unitarian Society Premises, 176 Tices Lane, East Brunswick, NJ 08816.

A Board of Directors comprising 11 directors will be elected at this meeting for the 2009-2010 term. Please send nominations for directors by replying to this email. Each SBF member can nominate up to 11 directors. You can also self nominate. For a nomination to be valid, the nominee should agree to serve as a director of the board by replying to this email stating his/her consent to serve on the board. Both nominations and consents should be received by 7 p.m. on February, 20th, 2009 .

Also, please send any items that you would like to discuss at the AGM via "reply all" to this email.
The tentative Agenda for the AGM is the following:

2. Annual Report 
3. Financial Statement
4. Election of Board of Directors
5. Discussion Items
6. Closing Remarks

The newly elected Board will have a short meeting following the AGM.
