AGM of Samadhi Buddhist Foundation

All members are invited to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Samadhi Buddhist Foundation (SBF) on the 02nd of February ,2008, between 4-6 p.m. at the Unitarian Society, 176 Tices Lane, East Brunswick, NJ 08816.

A New Board of Directors comprising 11 -15 directors will be elected at this meeting for the 2008-2009 term. Please send nominations for directors to samadhinj@gmail.com . Each SBF member can nominate up to 15 directors. Prior to sending nominations, please make sure that your nominees are willing to serve as Board members for the year 2008 -2009. Deadline for the nominations is 8 p.m. on January, 30, 2008 (Wednesday before the AGM). 

Members are also welcome to send any agenda items that you would like to discuss at the AGM. Please press reply to this email.
