AGM
The Annual General Meeting of Samadhi Buddhist Foundation will be held on the 29th of September, 2007, between 5-8 p.m. at the Unitarian Society Premises, 176 Tices Lane, East Brunswick, NJ 08816.
A Board of Directors comprising 11 directors will be elected at this meeting for the 2007-2008 term. Please send nominations for directors by "replying all" to this email. Each SBF member can nominate up to 11 directors. You can also self nominate. For a nomination to be valid, the nominee should agree to serve as a director of the board by "replying all" to this email stating his/her consent to serve on the board. Both nominations and consents should be received by 7 p.m. on September, 27, 2007 (Thursday before the
AGM).
Also, please send any items that you would like to discuss at the AGM via "reply all" to this email.
The tentative Agenda for the AGM is the following:
1. Opening statement
2. Annual Report
3. Financial Statement
4. Election of Board of Directors
5. Discussion Items
6. Closing Remarks
The newly elected Board will have a short meeting following the AGM.
