The Samadhi Buddhist Foundation will celebrate Vesak and offer Dana to Sangha on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at the 4H Center, 645 Cranbury Rd, East Brunswick NJ.

This year’s program will include a morning sil program for kids, and a blood drive.

SBF members are kindly requested to come and help with venue preparation on May 9th from 7:00 PM onwards

Kids can be creative by making Vesak lanterns to decorate the hall. All lanterns are required to be brought in the night before during the setup time.

All adult participants are encouraged to donate blood between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM. This is also a great way to celebrate the Mother’s Day ! Check the attachment for more details.

Program is as follows:

8:00 AM - Arrival
8:30 AM – Sil Observance
10:30 AM - Buddha Vandana
11:00 AM - All Vihara Dana
11:30 AM - Sil Completion
1:00 PM - Lunch
2:30 PM - Bhakthi Gee (Details will be sent in a separate email)
3:30 PM - Tea
